MANAGER'S CLIPBOARD

image7

The NYS Tournament actually starts as soon as your team has won their Sectional Tournament.  Managers must immediately send in their rosters with pronunciation, tee shirt sizes for players and a team photo.

There is a mandatory managers meeting on Monday evening July 22nd.  All managers must plan on attending to review rules, format and request batting cage and practice field scheduling.  If player tee-shirt sizes have not been sent in, managers must provide at meeting.   Please review the manager's page and the schedule page to learn more

No exceptions will be allowed for missing this meeting.  Meet the other managers, coaches and tournament officials. Understand tournament rules and your teams schedule.

CAGES & PRACTICE FIELDS

image8

The Penfield Little League Complex offers 3 batting cages for team use.  Two of the cages are doubles, meaning two players may be hitting at one time.  Absolutely no cleats are allowed in the cages

The complex has reserved 4 fields that will be used for team practices and pregame infield (infield will not be allowed on game field).

Both batting cage and practice fields will need to be reserved ahead of time time through out tournament scheduler. We will do our best to accommodate all requests and practice schedules will be posted on this website.

Player's will be receiving ID badges and they should wear them when at the complex, whether in uniform or not. This will assist in identifying tournament players from others using the facility.

SPECTATORS GUIDE

image9

This is a tournament that players will remember for a lifetime.  It is our goal to provide them and you the best baseball experience possible so of course there are a few rules to make the games enjoyable.

There is no smoking anywhere in the complex.  Tailgating or outside food is not allowed at the complex.  It is our goal to treat our visitors with respect and the same is expected in return. Honor the game and your players by cheering for them without criticizing umpires, opposing coaches and even your own child.  Foul language will not be tolerated--so just let them play!

Additionally, through sponsorships, Penfield Little League has been able to pay for a number of events for teams--we ask that those events are attended by the teams including the Red Wings game on July 25 as well as a cookout that night.
